The Enterprise Model
Hiring the Best
We seek to hire individuals whose qualifications best fit the job, who can contribute to the success of our business and who will thrive in our environment. In doing this, we value diverse backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and expertise. This helps us to challenge the status quo and continuously improve our business processes and outcomes, resulting in a strategic advantage. As of February 1, 2018, our affiliates employed approximately 7,000 full-time employees who perform services for Enterprise and its subsidiaries.

- Approximately 375 employees attend corporate training classes each year; Enterprise invests roughly $200,000 a year with our training vendors to support this effort.
- Safety, Technical & Compliance Training - Our training builds the skills of all Enterprise employees, while reinforcing safety as a core value and supporting our commitment to full compliance with applicable regulations.
